personal stationery printing methods
GICLEE FLAT printing
Pieces are printed directly from a digital file. Giclee printing uses 10 full-color pigment inks for unrivaled quality and longevity. This method produces a full-color print with only one pass. Flat printing is smooth to the touch. All personal stationery is printed on our 110lb cotton paper.
letterpress printing
Your design is impressed into the paper using an inked plate, leaving behind a beautiful deep impression. The ink is solid and matte in finish. All personal stationery is printed on our 110lb cotton paper.
foil printing
Foil stamping uses heat, pressure, metal dies, and foil film for printing. Metal dies are created from the final design, one for each color. The dies are heated and then stamped to seal a thin layer of foil to the paper. The foils for the personal stationery are metallic. All personal stationery is printed on our 110lb cotton paper.
Personal STATIONERY ink colors
The ink colors below are available for the personal stationery cards and envelopes.
Gold, copper, and rose gold metallic are available for foil printing. The other colors are matte for digital and letterpress printing.
* Return address printing on dark envelopes requires white digital ink if you choose digital or letterpress printing for your cards for visibility. Any foil color (white, gold, rose gold, or copper) can be used for dark envelopes if you choose foil printing for your cards.
